There are three of us. One of us will write back, usually within a day, sometimes two. Bugs, ideas, questions about the Pro plan, a link we mangled — all welcome.

If you're reporting a specific bad summary, the button inside the app is faster for us — it sends along the URL and the exact output, so we can reproduce in one click.
If you're writing about aisummary for a publication, the form is the right place. We don't monitor any other channel. We don't have a Twitter account we check. We don't have a Discord. We have a form and an inbox, and we answer them.
